These terms cover this website only. A paid engagement is governed exclusively by the agreement both sides sign. That is where the scope, the acceptance criteria, the guarantees and everything else that binds anyone actually live.

Scope
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Finally Compliant, the business of Christian Schönlein, a sole proprietor based in Germany. If you engage us, the signed engagement agreement governs that work, and where the two differ, the agreement prevails.

No advice, no audit
We are not a CPA firm and we do not perform audits. SOC 2 examinations are performed by independent CPA firms that clients engage directly.
Everything on this site is general information about our services. It is not legal, accounting, tax, audit, or assurance advice, and neither reading it nor applying creates a client or advisory relationship of any kind.

Pricing and guarantees on this page
Prices published on this site are the current fixed prices for the scope described here, and founding-rate availability is limited as stated on the page. We may change published prices at any time; the price that binds either side is the one in a signed agreement.
Descriptions of prices, credits and guarantees on this site are summaries of the ones in the engagement agreement; their exact conditions and remedies are set out there in full.

Applications
Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side: we may decline any application at our discretion, and you owe nothing by applying. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

Intellectual property and acceptable use
The content of this site belongs to us. You may use it for your own internal business evaluation; you may not republish it, scrape the site, submit false applications, or interfere with its operation. Ownership of engagement deliverables is governed by the signed agreement.

Liability, governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or where liability cannot be excluded by law. The site is provided as-is and may change or go offline without notice.
These website terms are governed by German law. Where such an agreement is permissible, the courts at our seat in Germany have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from the use of this website.
